Sometimes we get frozen just to have something on hand to throw into pasta dishes but given the time, I like to make meatballs with a mix of lean beef and Italian sausage (a little healthier than the all-pork variety with just as much flavor). I love strength training at home - get to catch up on DVR shows while lifting :)ConcreteNCoffeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16401409370741067947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3512910494774318296.post-24454267510461307192012-04-18T14:16:26.408-07:002012-04-18T14:16:26.408-07:00Adding ingredients to canned soup is such a good i...Adding ingredients to canned soup is such a good idea! Do you buy the meatballs or make them yourself? I haven't been doing a lot of cross training lately but I'm starting to get into Pilates. And sometimes I do my own mini strength training sessions at home.Kelly Mnoreply@blogger.com
